Exes suck

I know he's bad for me but can't get away. I love him too much. I don't have many friends (have no close friends at all) he's been my everything for two years. What do I do

I'm in the exact situation, I see him I hate him, he texts me he annoys me, but he's not there and I love him, don't know what to do without him, want him back but trying to stay head strong...really struggling at it. Flirting with other guys helps, keeps my mind off him and convinces me I can move on

it's also my bday next week so crappy timing too.
Distract yourself with anything.
What I've been doing is talking to people I haven't before, spending way more time painting my nails (when previously I'd be FTing him all night), working!, doing as many things as possible with my societies (joined another cheer squad so way more distraction time), talking to old friends I've ignored for ages, talking to guys (although I still feel kinda 'bad'), talking to more people on TSR (way too much time)

I didn't really have any friends, I went to lectures alone etc but since this I have just tried to be even more friendly and pushy to try to get those people back :smile:
