When recruiting people in business you need to follow certain legal frameworks and regulations. For this assignment I would look at the following laws and then explain what a business has to do to make sure that they are complying with these

- Sex Discrimination Act
- Race Relations Act
- Equal Pay Act
- Disability Discrimination Acts
- European Working Time Directive
- Employment Act
- National Minimum Wage
- Data Protection Act

You could then draw on some of the ethical issues such as making sure that candidates are asked the same questions, the interviewer is not related to the candidate etc.
