Which is the most flattering of these compliments?

I am helping my friend write a guitar song so he can white knight his crush and he wants to use a few but idk which are the best. Which ones are just "meh"?

-gorgeous
-attractive
-cute
-pretty/very pretty
-lovely
-hot

Beautiful or Lovely.

They're all pretty cheap.

Personally 1) I wouldn't use the term "white knight", since it is an insult to all real knights around
2) I would use simpler and more petty names
3) I would also concentrate on showing your affections more by doing things, since actions resonate louder than words.

Ummm, maybe not that grand.

I was thinking - organise a jousting tournament.
- enter the lists as a mystery knight
- defeat all the challengers in melee
- get a crowd of about 10000 attending
- they'll put the wreath on my lance
- and I'd crown her the queen of love and beauty
- That is if she's close to the top stands

Or I could fight a duel to the death with any of my rivals. It's either her, or nothing.

well, if a guy tells me I'm very pretty I'm just kinda like 'meh thanks I guess' *doesn't sink in* you can tell anyone theyre pretty.
Now, when a guy tells me he loves my dry sense of humour and how my eyes kinda crinkle when I laugh, the sound of my voice or how I can never keep a straight face when I'm trying to lie? That's a winner

He doesn't know her that well though. She's going with her parents to Europe for 3 months so he wants to do it soon

If he has to just compliment her appearance would you go with very pretty, beautiful or gorgeous?

-gorgeous (best of the bunch I think, so good that you want to gorge on them**)
-attractive (to scientific sounding straight laced)
-cute (my daughter is cute, teddybears are cute,)
-pretty/very pretty (young girls are pretty.. as are flowers)
-lovely (anybody can be lovely whether they look good or not)
-hot (very powerful if used correctly) but can sound flat if delivered poorly
