Every rep of the log was a pb, the circus dumbell is a new excercise, so pb by definition.

I've been working away all week with horrific hours, hence the few days off.

Push press is a pb, and the first of my year goals accomplished. Front squat, 2.5kg short of pb in the single, equal in the triple. What a great three days, all of the pressing!!

The 190s were slow but smooth, the 170 set was easy, delibertely left some in the tank. Happy with the session.
If you can do 170 x 5 quite easily then your squat is probably over 200 kg now.

I was considering going for 200 today, wasn;t feeling it on the way up though and changed my plan.

Splittig headache during my deadlift warmups, so didn't fancy maxing in any rep range. Felt so good with the bench, wanted 120 for three which would be a pb, but unfortunately the guy spotting me decided that I wasn't lifting my third rep quickly enough.

Didn't feel too heavy on my back, but definitely slow ascent.

It certainly made the two paused reps after feel light though.

Another week of late working means that I'd had a few days off again. The axle dead was harder than I'd like, I arrived a little late though so my warmup was poor. Axle FTO is a pb by 10kg, so really happy there, my pressing strength building in other OH lifts seems to have transferred well. It was good to get some good work with the yoke in, its been a while.

Log was beltless with the weight that I have for reps in a fortnight, easy singles.
