Another week of late working means that I'd had a few days off again. The axle dead was harder than I'd like, I arrived a little late though so my warmup was poor. Axle FTO is a pb by 10kg, so really happy there, my pressing strength building in other OH lifts seems to have transferred well. It was good to get some good work with the yoke in, its been a while.
Log was beltless with the weight that I have for reps in a fortnight, easy singles.
