If somebody wanted to be with you, and wasn't just using you, they would text you more than once a month. Move on babe, you can do so much better.

If you aren't happy with the arrangement as it stands then communicate that to him. If he isn't willing to offer you what it is you want (which is a girlfriend/boyfriend situation by the sounds of it?) you should "dump" him so to speak and find someone that values you for more than what's in your pants.

It sounds like a very unreliable and unfulfilling relationship, as cliche as it is there really are plenty of fish in the sea. You can't move on to better things if you're stuck in a "relationship" with someone who just doesn't seem to care. Find someone who is ready to dish out the love and respect you deserve.
