it's really up to you to decide how much you're prepared to invest in your friend... is she fun at other times? will you miss her?... people come and go so there's no need to keep someone toxic in your life just because they've been there a while and you feel you should but people also aren't perfect
also: don't offer a lazy person a job at your workplace, if people find out you're connected you'll look bad!
