Gradually more breathless

Hi ive been having troubke breathing for 5 months now its like im losing power. It started at first if id sneeze or cough or take a deep breathe in then exhale i woukdnt be able to inhale after its like theres nothing there until a few seconds pass then i could breathe in again. This has got worse to the point now i get very breathless laying down especially on sides and walking anywhere im out of breathe after seconds. My nose is clear yet i cant breathe through it as its like holding my breathe it just wont fill my lungs, i cant "sniff up" theres no power i cant breathe through my chest i have to keep pushing my abdomen out to breathe, this is torturing me i cant sleep i cant eat as when im chewing i csnt breathe through my nose so nearly inhale my food ive lost 5kilos in 4 weeks. Had many chest xray an peak flow i passed but dr not very helpful
