Start with shorter youtube workouts from youtubers like Bailey Brown, Gabi Whited and Emi Wong.
Emi and Gabi have 5-15 min workouts that you can do on the sofa or in bed.
Then gradually work towards the more intensive 20-40 min workouts with Pamela Reif and Chloe Ting.
Maybe consider taking some yoga or pilates classes.
Increase the amount of protein and fibre in your diet.
Try to reduce the amount of high salt and refined sugar that you are consuming.
Less trans fats and saturated fats.
Make the majority of the fats in your diet unsaturated fats and cut down on the unhealthy packaged snacks.
Drink more fresh still water, less booze and caffeinated drinks.
