I'd go for snapchat if I were you. Add her and then 'accidentally' send a picture of yourself to her and then say it was for someone else. But if that's too creepy, start a conversation with her on Instagram, but don't just say 'hi' or whatever. Ask her an interesting question about something related to one of her posts, and be smooth. There are millions of ways you can do this. All the best
