Loan for Postgraduate

Hello;
I received a loan from the SLC maybe 4 years ago for a PGCE course that I never technically completed.
Would I still be able to apply for a post graduate loan to do a masters course as a PGCE isn't technically a complete masters course therefore not equivalent to a MSc?
