Dependant Children- what classifys?
Hi,
Could someone please offer me some advice. I am 25 and looking to go back to uni next year. I rent with my partner who has two children aged 6 and 4 who split their time with us and their mother. Although they are not my children, I help to support them- does this class as having dependant children or does it only classify as this if they are your own children or live with you full time?

Hi,
The children would need to be wholly dependent on you - for example; we will ask to see a recent Tax Credit award notice or Child Benefit letter naming yourself and the children.
