conditional offer start date very soon no coms

Hi

I was given a conditional offer to start a top up course for a degree at Northampton University. I am from China but I am a home student, they needed to see my results and paperwork from China and some other supporting documents, which I provided to them. I have not heard back, but the course is suppose to be starting in Janurary, so it's very soon and still no confirmation or information.

I have written to them, but not heard back at all.

What should I expect to happen?
