Where do you go to study that's very quiet?

I went to revise at a local 'library' (eccles library) and I had a woman literally stare at me for 15 minutes straight, it made me so uncomfortable I left and revise at a cafe.

Have you tried looking in the University of Manchester, Manchester Metropolitan University (MMU) or University of Salford forums. That's where most current students will be.
