I'm 18 and haven't got anyone to go out with on weekends

I have recently turnt 18 and I went pub/clubbing on the weekend of my birthday and I really enjoyed it. I went with a few of my mates But I think they only went because it's was my birthday weekend. They are quite a snakey bunch of mates they tend to lie about what they are doing and go out behind my back. They say they are my mates but I find it hard to believe. But I want to go clubbing again but I have no one to go with. I live In Surrey and would like to know if anyone is in a similar kind of situation or knows how to meet new people to go with. I work as a mechanic so all the people there are like 40 so can't really ask them to come. I don't plan to go to uni so I just feel like I'm stuck and feel lonely
