They do. On TV almost every man would have makeup and day to day Goths are a thing.
Generally men are less about looking "perfect" but it's not unheard of for them to be vain either. The selfies on social media? Yep a lot of them have makeup on.

My dad wears make up (foundation, powder and eyeliner) for important photos(passport photos etc) sometimes, my mum doesn't care.
i don't judge guys who wear makeup, nor do i find it unattractive.
