Moving police car in the uk
So I was driving in the opposite direction to a moving police car, I think I was doing over the speed, do police cars have speeding technology to send me a ticket (they didn't pull me over)
nah I'm pretty sure they don't constantly monitor speed of oncoming traffic I think you're fine

Only Traffic Police tend to care about your speed providing it's not excessive, anyway :')
