payments scheduled

On my profile it says my payments are scheduled and due to be paid on the 18th of September, and the tuition fee is 'awaiting confirmation' however on my university portal I have a letter confirming attendance which it says it has been sent to student finance on the 24th of august? why is the status still awaiting confirmation?

Hi abbiarcher,

Before we can release any tuition funding to a customer's Higher Education Provider we will require Confirmation of Attendance. This is provided by the customer's Higher Education Provider each term.
