I’ve just completed my milestones this week currently waiting on an email to confirm I’ve completed them, which I know I have.
How long did it take after your email to get your payment please?
Also how long after milestone end date did you receive your email of completion please.

Hi there,
We can't tell you how Arden's process works, but this is what happens in terms of your payments.
To release your first payment we just need Confirmation of Registration from Arden. Once we get this your payment schedule will update in 1-2 working days, and you'll receive the payment normally within 3-5 working days.
