How to get a guy to like me?
Ok so I met him 2 weeks ago and we're more like acquaintances than friends.
How do I take the relationship further? Like what can I say as a conversation starter etc.?

Well try to be interesting to him, there is no other way, you can't force anybody to "like you"... 
You can't exactly force him to like you, just talk to him while being your usual interesting (or not) self and hope he likes it. Conversation starters aren't too important: The exact content of what you're saying doesn't matter too much initially so long as it's from you.
