Change of Circumstance
I’ve recently moved universities and all of my tuition fee payments are sorted and stuff but I’ve moved back home and been told I need to fill out a change of circumstance form to get my maintainance loan adjusted, where do I find this?(the website just sent me around in circles).

Hi LandOfSpack,
The easiest way to get the form, is to log into your online account.
If you then click on the link to make changes to your undergraduate application,
the system will allow you to edit the application.
Choose the section about your university and course details.
If the system will not allow you to change the living location online,
it will prompt you and give you a link to print off the Change Of Circumstances form, CO1.
Alternatively we can post one to you if you call us on,
