Do I add my IGCSE result in the UCAS form?

I'm currently doing IB(will sit for a 2018 novemebr exam) and would like to apply to UK unis as an international student.
I also took Igcse last year and it was not really good. I've got A* for international mathematics and double sciences
B for Business and management and ICT
C for art and English A Langauge
The problem is that most of universities require at least B for igcse enlgish and my score is not competitive at all.
So, the question is: Can I skip the Igcse results in the UCAS form

You can risk it, if your school will allow it, but if the universities find out they could disqualify your application, as you are supposed to declare all exam results.
