Yeah I'm aware it's not going to stop anyone from saying so, I am merey trying to make it clear that I am not interested and will not respond to such comments. Additionally, the risk of having my religion mocked will not prevent me gaining advice to better myself. Islam is mocked on a daily basis so it is hardly something to shy away from. How can I move this to the Islamic society forum?

i know by having your religion mocked wont prevent you from gaining advice, however giving people a chance to mock islam isnt a great thing. but then again you didnt know how to post in the other section so its not your fault.

Jazakalaahu khayran bro, inshallah I'm going to start doing this from tomorrow and of course Ramadan is coming up which is helpful. Do you also have any advice for long-term? Because in all honesty I don't think I can fast everyday!

My advice would be multi faceted.

You need to identify what exactly triggers you to have these desires. Do you find that you get these desires when you've got spare time on your hands? An idle mind is the devil's workshop. You know that homework you're supposed to be doing? Do that when you get the desires, make sure you help yourself and move away from distractions such as mobile devices.

When you get these urges and desires, stop. Think to yourself "Is the relationship with myself and my desires really more important to me than my relationship with Allah (swt)?" This will give you the time needed to collect your thoughts before the desires take over again. When you have the moment of clarity, wherever it is, move yourself into a situation where you cannot proceed with these desires. Upstairs in your room and they come? Move downstairs where people are.

Techniques like these can stop the weaker desires. Sometimes the stronger ones are harder to pass. I found that running helped kill those thoughts. I would run faster than I was comfortable running and try to keep it us as long as possible. By the end of these runs I was so tired and thirsty that my desires were replaced with fatigue and thirst.

You've got methods that physically stop you from accessing porn such as Freedom program which can physically stop you from accessing these sites. You're human and we are all weak to sin. It is not bad to have assistance to stop yourself from accessing porn when you're weaker than you wish to be.

You can do it, you can overcome these urges. It just takes patience and belief. He is most Merciful and Great. He has plans for you, never forget that. Are you going to disappoint Him?

lol are u a specisl kind of dumb, doesnt matter whether ur an akh or an ukhti, you shouldnt be w**king at all. just because its less of a sin than zina, doesnt give u the pass to do it as much as u want just to stop u from doing it with another person

Even if you are bi and even if you dont' want to embrace it, its not like you're gay. Just go for the opposite sex and live your life like you are straight.

You do realise if you’re bi you don’t just ‘choose’ which gender you fall in love with right? You can’t force yourself to go for a guy if there’s a girl who you’ve ended up falling in love with even if you are sometimes attracted to men

Thanks for your response, I will try my best. It's really irritating because it usually happens when it gets to exam season and I am really stressed, I tend to take this stress out on pornography and then it all goes wrong. Anyhow, I will try praying and inshallah this will stop.

No problem
Whether you indulge in your bisexuality or not, you're still bisexual.

What exactly are you hoping for?

First of all, I do not want your opinion if you are about to tell me to 'embrace my sexuality' or other bs like that.
Getting to it, I watch porn regularly and I realise this is a sin in itself however I am trying to wean myself off it. My biggest issue is, recently I started watching lesbian porn and I have realised that I get the greates pleasure from watching it. It gives me the most intense of orgasms and makes me *** really quickly in comparison to heterosexual porn. Although this makes me feel good, I feel very guilty and disgusted with myself afterwards. I am from an orthodox Muslim family and cannot begin to imagine how my parents would react if they found out about this. It is not the fear of them finding out that's making me pose this question, but rather genuine disgust with myself.
After watching porn of such a nature I found myself looking for lesbian dating websites and basically trying to arrange something with someone. I really do not want this though because when I look back on this, e.g. now, I feel grossed out and know that it is very wrong. I realise this is all from the devil so please, can someone help me out. Any duaas or something that can help me?
Thanks in advance guys.

Hi sis is this still the case ?

Do this in steps, fist stop with the dating sites, that id say is the worse part as you are going completely against Islam and although it isn't haram for you to have those feelings it is completely haram to act on them, also everyday just ask Allah(SWT) for forgiveness and for him to accept your duas as he is the most Forgiving, secondly try and cut back on what you watch and try and make it less and less until it is non existent, also just do this, abstain from having a **** or looking at that stuff and focus your mind on other things, it will help prevent it, Inshallah this has helped and Inshallah we are able to all fix our problems and prevent our sins Ameen
