Which University should I choose?

Hey guys, so I have firmed UofM for Law however I'm not sure whether I'll get the necessary grades of AAA. My insurance is Liverpool and I need ABB. I'm not sure whether to take my insurance if I fall short on the grades required or take a gap year and apply to Leeds with the Access Programme which also will require ABB due to the respect, league table position Leeds has. Can anyone advice me on what to do as I am STUCK!

Liverpool is good

Surely I'll be wasting 1 year as I'll complete the Access Programme during the gap year? Also, I'm more concerned about the future employability opportunities. Due to the respect Leeds has, surely I'll have a greater oppurtunity with top Law firms?
