Payments schedule
I’m on a February course intake, but I started my new academic year this September and was told I’ll be getting my first payment next year but a lot of people in my class is getting paid next month. What is going on because my university won’t explain what is going on. Also my university has told me they won’t be giving attendance till next year so how are the people in my class getting paid in October?

Hi.
If you are on a February start and changed to September you should have completed a change of circumstance form if not available to make changes on line, or your University should have told us about change of course details. You will have to call our office on 0300 100 0607 as we need to check you are on the correct course.
