It will totally depend on you. What's best for one woman is the worst for another. Your GP will be able to ask questions and help you decide which one you should go for.

You're of the legal of consent then you can get any contraception and advice without having to let your parents know.
I got the implant a few months ago, I'm 17 and my parents didn't need to know.
