I don’t know How to orgasm??

Okay so- This is embarrassing.

I’m a teen female and I’ve been masterbating in many different ways but can’t figure out how to orgasm?
I’ve felt myself get very tired from it and my body tense up but then I give up?
I haven’t yet been in a sexual relationship but have spoken about doing sexual things with my previous partners.
Any advice or tips on how to orgasm or how you know your going to?

Just listen to your body. If it feels nice focus on that. Think about things that turn you own. It generally takes practice, sometimes a bit of luck and may be dependent on other factors like hormones and stress/relaxation levels.

Most females find it easiest to climax through cliterial stimulation.

Don't be embarrassed, what you're doing is totally normal.
