Usually banks ask for valid photo ID e.g. passport or driving licence. You can't really use student ID to open a bank account. Do you have a passport or driving licence?

no, I only have expired id card and my current student id college card

You should get some proper government issued identification, even if you don't drive or go abroad it's useful/necessary to have it for so many things.
