Nottingham Accomodation Offer - When to accept?

Hi everyone,
This weekend I received an offer to stay at Broadgate Park, my first choice. I am being encouraged by the email and portal to accept this offer, however there are just a couple things I'm unsure of.
I couldn't find anything about what happens if you accept the offer and then don't make the grades to go to Nottingham. Am I supposed to wait until after results to accept the offer? Has anyone else accepted an accomodation offer yet?

I accepted mine weeks ago. If you don't make the grades, then they'll just cancel the offer for the accommodation.
