cannot login

Hello, I tried to log in into my student finance account but it still redirect me just to gov.uk page.
I use google chrome as my browser but I tried Internet explorer and it was the same.
Someone else experience this issue as well? It last since yesterday night..

In this case, I would recommend you send us a message on either Facebook or Twitter and we can log a defect for you so our IT department can work on fixing this for you.

We don’t know how long this will take them so if you are yet to apply for your finance, we would advise you send us a paper application form instead, you can download the relevant form here.
