Student Finance Email Progress Update Between: None-None?

Hi I just got an email as follows:
Dear “”
We’ll still give you a progress update between None to None.
We’ll email you if we need anything else from you. You can also check the progress of your application at https://www.gov.uk/student-finance.
Your sincerely
Student Finance England

This is not helpful at all as it gives me no dates? when I go to my application there’s no estimated dates either. Initially there was an estimation of the 14-19th of September on there. I applied for the minimum maintenance loan and tuition fees. I submitted ID evidence which was marked as received on September 6th and have no dependents. My university starts next weekend?

Just to confirm, the estimated dates of 14-19th September have come and gone with no updates . I had to apply from scratch as my application got cancelled last minute as I had filled in the wrong form after transferring uni post foundation year. I cannot get through on the phone and whenever I try to use online chat, it says no student finance officers are available and kicks me out of it.
