Ear piercing

I got my ears pierced back in June or july. They both healed fine. I wore a dangle earring in my left ear one day, and my ear was red and irritated by the end of the day. I have not worn it since. (About 3 weeks ago). Now that ear has a hard lump near the piercing, about 4 mm away. My ear appears swollen from it, and it is tender, but only on one side of my lobe. It doesnt seem to be the piercing itself, but it does cause slight irritation in my lobe. What should I do?

clean it with salt water in the morning and at night, soak your piercings in salt water for a little but put them back in before they close up lol

I will try that thank you
It sounds like it's infected. You may need to go to your GP and see if they think you need antibiotics. Is the sore area hot to touch?
