Help PN1 form section 12 & Maintenance loan

Hi everyone!
I am confused about section 12 from PN1
I will start study in September, I don’t work and I don’t been never to U.K.
I live and I work in Denmark, I have a wife and little boy
My question is :
I have to send all pay slip from the last 3 months,contract work ? and documents from last year about income?
I am eligible to get maintenance loan in that condition when I work only I in the last 3-4 years?

Section 12 asks for your spouses income in 2018/19.

Are you sure that you’re eligible for a maintenance loan? EU students can only get a maintenance loan if they have lived in the uk for 5 years or if they are a migrant worker in the UK.
If not then you should be using the EU form not PN1.
