Hello. I have a degree already but would like to retrain in one of the allied health subject that is eligible for a NHS bursary. Would I be eligible to apply for a student loan also?

As long as it's not paramedicine then yes all other Allied Health Professional courses are exception course, the NHS Grant does not affect your eligibility.
