How to get a peachy bum?

And how long will it take? I aim to go to the gym 5 days a week and usually do half an hour cardio/ half an hour weights, resistance etc.

I do 15 reps & 3 sets of 60kg on the leg press
15 reps single leg glute bridges 3 sets
8k goblet squat 3 sets ( night up this to 12kg cos I don’t feel anything)
I also do level 11 on the stair stepper for 10 mins

These are just exercises I do to tone my glutes but I want to know what else I can do? I want to use barbells but I’m worried I will Use them wrong
Squat heavy and progressively overload. Don't stick to the same weight throughout. As a beginner you can add 5kg to your squat each session while keeping reps same.
