International Student South Korea Masters

I've been accepted to study in SK for a Masters, and have a few question before I make a decision as to which Uni to accept/decline

1. I still don't understand the GPA system there, but know this affects the amount of scholarship I receive if grades are high enough. Thus, one is 3.5 GPA vs 4.0 GPA min to qualify. I know they vary from different amount, but I suppose I wondered about achievability.

2. Has anyone quarantined for the 14days in SK or somewhere equivalent and have any advice of staying an airbnb, government facility vs finding accommodation which has the quarantine included. Also any good or bad experiences of staying in Uni accommodation vs Private accommodations for students? I went to a Uni near my home as an UG so don't have much experience this side of things.

Any advice would be helpful! Thanks.
