how much loans do medical students end up with at the end of their course, on average?
and is it more expensive for oxbridge students?

The exact amount of loan is different for each person because whilst the tuition fee loan is the same, the maintenance loan varies depending on your location of study and household income.

Tuition fee loan (= 4 x £9250 (undergrad)) + interest + maintenance loans —> you can expect to be at least ~£60,000 in debt , but most likely more.
