do amazon supplements even work?

i think i have bpd and a lot of people recommend taking
omega 3 fatty acids and magnesium to sort of help manage it if u don’t have medication or access to therapy, i’m considering buying them but are they just placebos or actually legit ? i remember buying vitamin d supplements from there and i didn’t feel much after i took them to be honest, are they any legit sites where there are good quality supplements that actually work ? or is it all bs
Taking omega 3 and magnesium will not fix BPD or any other illness. But if you want to take those supplements, you might as well buy them in Boots or your local supermarket, where they will cost significantly less money.

The retailer doesnt make any difference, its the same substance (like branded vs. generic drugs) but supplements are hit and miss. Some can be useful, and life saving for some people, most of them are completely useless though and nothing but a scam - like the shops that specialise in them selling you a tub of turmeric for $70 when you can buy it in the supermarket for sod all.
