I use the oral b spinning one, I find the bristles go dull after about 2 months and just change then.

Depends on the type of toothbrush head you use too, soft, interspace, etc, as well as usage e.g more than 2x a day.

So how often should you change your toothbrush.....
Dentists recommend that you change your toothbrush every 3 months or when your toothbrush starts to show signs of wear, which ever is first.
