Hello there,
I today asked my referee to provide me reference on my UCAS application and she did so, however, she mistakenly added her sister's email address for contact which is different from her own that I provided in my UCAS application . My referee has already submitted my her reference and she says she's no longer able to edit it. What should I do now can any suggest

It wont matter.
It would only be used if a Uni wanted to contact your referee for some reason and that rarely happens anyway.

But the name of my referee is different and the email she provided has her sister's name so wouldn't it matter?

Suggest you contact UCAS in the morning to check.
