Dad in Pakistan has Blood Cancer - Any Cure Possible Overseas

My Dad (not biological but he raised me) resides in Pakistan and he's been diagnosed with blood cancer for 4-5 years now. He's not receiving proper treatment in Pakistan and recently his condition has worsened and has been diagnosed with type-1 diabetes. He isn't a British Citizen so he doesn't have access to the NHS treatment. We aren't super rich but can spend around 5-10k on treatment for him. I'd like to ask, are there any good hospitals in Europe, USA or any other developed country where he can get high quality treatment/cure for his blood cancer whilst also ensuring medical bills don't rack up immensely? Everyone is welcome to chip in, however I'd love to hear from someone who has personal experience of family etc, and advise from doctors is equally valuable. Your response mean a lot <3

(Side note: I am a British national, but he isn't)

Also, I'd really appreciate if you can let me know what would be the process to call him over/allow him to receive his treatment in the country you suggest

Thank you!!!!
I would pray for him that now can get best treatment in the USA and hope he will be fine soon..
i came across this but unfortunately have no clue.

May Allah swt increase his health and protect him.

When we see our sick loved ones, it's normal to feel helpless and sad. However, remember that Allah is Ash-Shaafee (The One who cures, The Healer).
TLDR; If you have a smaller budget, your budget is going to be eaten up very quickly in the US even though they have cutting-edge treatments.

I would say while the US have more cutting-edge treatments, the bills are likely to be huge (see https://www.theguardian.com/commentisfree/2020/jun/16/coronavirus-hospital-bill-healthcare-america, https://time.com/5555988/medical-bills-out-of-network/, https://www.npr.org/sections/health-shots/2022/04/27/1094636821/hospital-bill-mexico)
Plus, I'm not sure how much it costs to fly from Pakistan to the US, but from the UK to the US can already cost hundreds (important if you have a budget)
Somewhere in Europe may be a better option. I really wish I could help more, but if you have a budget of 5-10k, if you seek treatment in the USA, a huge chunk of that would be taken up by flights and accommodation. A quick search on Kayak tells me an avg flight cost from Pakistan to the US costs $1606 round trip (plus travel to and from airports in both countries, etc say maybe roughly $2000). Then a flight from the US to the UK, roughly a couple hundred, plus transport etc, maybe adds up to about 400. So that's almost half your budget, just from flights and transport. Medical bills are huuuge in the US, esp if you don't have insurance/healthcare. Neither of you are US citizens, so you won't have access to healthcare (even with healthcare, bills are huge in the states).

Thank you so so much for the detailed information, may Allah reward you ameen. So far we haven't been able to do anything unfortunately and his condition has deteriorated 😕 He was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes a few months back. Please remember him in your prayers. Jzk ❤️
