Do your hands and arms ever go like this?
I noticed about 2 weeks ago that my hands/arms go a mottled colour. It tends to happen when I am (slightly) cool and lasts about 10 minutes. Today it happened on and off all day at work. My left hand/wrist has also felt achy. I am worried as I already have health anxiety, all these strange things that happen make me worse.

Ok cool, guess I am worried as I have had other stuff going on recently like reflux/stomach issues resulting in eating being affected. For the past few months I have also had like a sensention in my stomach as though I am winded/as though I am not getting enough air. Though it could be part of my esophagus dysmotility issue which was diagnosed recently.
Just when I start to return to work and tell myself that I am fine, more strange symptoms happen 😄
