How to stop vaping?

I have a severe nicotine addiction ie. literally go through an elf bar a day.
If you have never been addicted to nicotine please don't reply to this because most people have a tendency to just be like 'breathe air' or some **** when it genuinely is so hard and I have attempted to give up on so many occasions.
I'm sick of wasting my money on this and i can feel its impact on my health so i want to stop asap. nhs services focus on stoping smoking rather than vaping.
Get patches etc and support on the NHS if you want to and then try and reverse the same path you took into using to get out of it. Stay focussed on the better day today, and reward yourself for tomorrow.

You will have started off at no nicotine intake or no vaping - Why did it start, how did it start and how did it increase to the point you are at today? What does nicotine do for you in your day to day living? It is your relationship with a drug and your life that matters. Why did nicotine become so important for you? Best advice is either go cold turkey or drop one small input a day for a week, then drop another for the next week so you change one small thing a day. If you vape create a strong imagine of your lung alveoli filling with pus and slowly suffocating you to breathe. There are a lot of serious complications and lung injuries associated with vaping - why suck in so much cr*p into your body when you don't have to?

If you use nicotine as a pattern habit work out what your triggers are. Be ready with displacement activities to get you away from the stuff as soon as a craving hits.

No one can do this for you - it is your choice and your decision to quit
I've dealt with addiction myself (albeit not a vaping addiction but an addiction nonetheless) and I've found that the best place to start is by asking yourself the important questions - Why did I start in the first place? Was it escapism? A specific feeling you get when you indulge in such vices? Meditate on it and figure out the root cause.

From here you have a multitude of options but I'll just list a few.

1. Find yourself an accountability partner.
2. Write down the negatives of your addiction and remind yourself of them every day
3. Avoid staying too long in a place where you're likely to vape. If you feel the urge coming on, get up and go for a jog or something.

Most importantly you have to want it enough; that is quitting your addiction. You can't go in half-a**ed, you have to do everything in your power to overcome it and avoid making excuses for yourself.

Now take what I've said with a grain of salt as I'm no expert, just a guy who once suffered from addiction himself. It would be best to find someone who specialises in nicotine addiction to guide you along the way.
