Post graduate finance for Oxford

Hi,

I have a query regarding SFE postgraduate loan. Doing a part-time Masters at Oxford and going to be using the government loan for it (I qualify), will the institution be happy with the fees being paid with in installments?

I guess this might be a standard question, it seems a bit odd that the loan is delivered this way!
