It all depends on your age. The older you are, the more able I presume you are able to find a job suited for you.
If your 13-16 years I'd recommend you to use your contacts to secure maybe some small jobs such as babysitting.
If your older than 16, I'd recommend you to maybe take up tutoring on a subject or skill that you are good at for instance I'm currently tutoring piano and maths.
