is it common for universities to accept students who missed their offers?

Need some reassurance rn I think I’m getting A*AB instead of AAA. :frown:

My firm is Exeter and I’m international. What do you guys think?

Unfortunately, there's absolutely no way of knowing until results day, when Exeter know which form offer holders have met their offers, how many insurance holders are now defaulting to Exeter etc.

My son is in the same predicament - really wants to go to Exeter on an AAA offer also, but Bristol have made him an offer of AAA or A*AB, which is slightly less risky

Which course is it for ?

Like it's said above you won't know until results day
If your course has spaces to go into clearning they lower the requirements and if your grades meet the requirements you will get first offer on places (they will accept you without having to do anything)
It also depends on the course so if you were doing biology and got the B in biology they are less likely to accept you if the B wasn't needed to the degree
