Currently re-enrolling for second year and I have been asked to provide a sponsor letter as evidence of Student Finance England paying my course fees for the year. However, I am unsure as to how to obtain this to upload it to the enrolment portal. Does anyone have any ideas?

Hi there,
Normally, you can see your entitlement letter when you click to view 'my inbox': this normally shows in the top-right of your account.
Are you able to see this there?
