Student loan question

Hi i'm aware there is a new student loan system being introduced for students starting in sept 2023 which i am

However i took out a student loan in 2021 september, i started at university but dropped out after like a month or so. my question is would i carry on my loan from before or would i be enrolled on the new scheme?
