Half age plus 7 suggests otherwise. The youngest sam 18 year old should date is 16. They could be in year 12 and year 13.

I don't see much of an issue.
Nominally. I work with 18 year olds all the time and nobody flicks a switch on their 18th birthday from 'child' to 'grown up'. The difference is almost always minimal.

if it’s year 12&13 I think it’s acceptable but if yr 11&13 it’s weird bc your technically in different levels of educaiton
