My course started 1st august for business honours degree but I am still waiting for my loan it has said approved on gov website for atleast a week now. Does anyone know how long I will be waiting now for it to reach my bank. Thankyou

What status does the payment show online in your account? Does it say awaiting confirmation?

When you first login it says "If you would like to view an application you made before 2018, please click here" it will then take you to the old portal, then click 'on 'your finance' and click 'View payments' - does it show your payment here?

If the payment shows awaiting confirmation, this means the university haven't confirmed your registration to us. Once we receive this from them, the payment will be in your account within 3-5 working days.
