Can I get more maintenance loan now?

Hi, I got the lowest maintenance loan already but circumstances have changed and my parent can now fill in the form to base it off household income which would increase it a lot. Can I just submit the form in evidence and it’ll automatically send out the increased loan or what? Very confused rn

I had originally applied for the bigger amount but parents refused due to family issues, but mums said that she’ll do it for me now. But yea I ended up being given the basic amount due to not being able to provide evidence
